01_HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "view cart" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, select the payment method and then fill in the required information.

OnaToko currently accepts payments by Credit Card and PayPal.

Depending on your region, there may be custom duties or other surcharges from your local custom or post office. Please refer to your local custom offices for further details.

An e-mail confirmation including details of the order, and total amount paid, will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered in your Paypal account. If for any reason Onatoko cannot fulfill the transaction, you will be notified via email. *Please make sure that the shipping address entered in your Paypal account is correct, as your shipment will be sent to your confirmed address.

01 HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED?

A small per-shipment fee of $3.00 USD applies to each order. This fee is a one-time charge that is applicable to the whole order, no matter the number of items in your purchase. A per-item shipping charge will be added towards the total shipping charge. This charge is found on each item’s description page. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:
(Per-Shipment fee) + (per-item shipping fee) = Total Shipping Fee
All our packages are sent through international air parcel with registration. Express service can be added upon request.

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of placing order. In the case that the order cannot be processed due to inventory discrepancies, you will be fully refunded. We will also send a shipment confirmation by e-mail.

01 WHAT IS ONATOKO'S RETURN POLICY? ?

Our return policy is as followed:
returned item must be in pristine condition and returned within 30 days of purchase date.
A $3.00USD restocking fee will be applied to each returned item.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
On sale items are final, thus non refundable nor exchangeable.
Refund will be issued by cheque or by Paypal (http://www.paypal.com/) upon receipt of the returned item.

01 HOW ARE YOUR CLOTHING MEASURED?
|
|
|
All clothing items are measured lying flat and un-stretched. For instance, bust size measurements of clothing tops are taken from armpit to armpit. In general, allow a one to one-and-a-half inches for fabric stretch. Please click here for more information about sizing and measurements

02 DO YOU OFFER SIZES?

|

Most of our items are "free size". Refer to individual listing for measurement information. But remember, the magical thing about street fashion is that it can hang differently, and to your liking and style!

03 IT IS OUT OF STOCK! WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING ANY TIME SOON?
|
|
|
Our clothes are not mass-produced. They are specially designed pieces of extreme limited quantities for reasons such as limited amount of fabric, import capacity, designer offers, et cetera. We might restock occasionally if we receive scores of requests regarding a particular item (and if it is available). At least you don't have to worry about uniqueness… you won't find our items at the local mall!

04 HOW OFTEN DO YOU STOCK NEW ITEMS?

If you frequent our storefront, you may have noticed that we add new stock very often. Our goal is to bring you new fun pieces to the pace of fast moving street fashion. Don't forget, most of our items are of limited quantities, and it is very possible that once it is gone, it is gone forever! Check often, and don’t miss your chance to add some unique pieces to your wardrobe.
